Why? Because I’ve recently discovered one of the main…

Causes of Adult Acne:

I discovered that one of the main causes of adult acne is food allergy. You see…as we age, some of us tend to develop more and more food allergies. In other words, some of us become allergic to more and more foods as we age.

And our allergic reactions may come in different forms such as rash, itchy skin, watery eyes, congestion, diarrheas, cramps, swelling, and even acne.

Anyways, the foods that your body is allergic to can become very toxic in your body when consume. And most of the time your body will be expelling these toxins through your secondary channels of elimination, such as your skin (resulting in acne breakout).

Adult Acne Treatments:

One of the best ways to know if you have any food allergies or not without seeing a doctor is to completely change your diet. Stop eating the foods you normally eat and start eating different foods. Foods that do not have the same ingredients as the foods you’re eating now.

Do this for a week or two. And if your acne prone skin starts to clear up then that means you were allergic to one or more of the foods you’ve been eating.

If you’re skin haven’t clear up yet, then you’re probably allergic to one or more of the new foods you’re eating. Just keep a note of every food you eat and stop eating the foods that you’re allergic to.

To learn a faster, much more effective way to target the exact foods you’re allergic to, grab a copy of “The Definite Guide To Acne Free Skin.” It reveals everything I’ve used to eliminate my acne in 3 days and stopped it from ever coming back.
