If you’re looking for a few simple acne control tips that can minimize acne breakouts… without the use of any acne medications, medicine, pills, or seeing a dermatologist, then the following acne control tips may be the most important tips you read today.

Here’s why:

I’ve recently discovered that you can minimize acne breakouts just by getting your body to fully and quickly digest the foods you eat.

Why’s that?

Simply because foods that are not fully digested will be digested slowly in your system. And if your system digests foods slowly it can cause it to rot and release toxins. And when your body has too much toxins it tends to eliminate it through your skin, causing acne breakouts.

Just so you know… any type of food (especially meat) that stays in your system for more than 24 hours can begin to rot, releasing poisons and toxins throughout your body.

Not just that, the partially digested foods can enter the colon feeding Candida and parasites and causing them to grow like crazy… all of which leads to dirty blood, poor absorption, and eventually leading to acne breakouts.

How can you prevent this from happening?

Consider the following:

  • Eat in a calm and relaxed state – anytime you’re eating in a hurry, doing something else while eating, eating while you’re driving or anything like that…it can “arcs” back your G.I. tract and cause incomplete digestion.
    So in order for complete digestions you must eat in a relax state. So don’t eat while watching television, driving, when you’re in a hurry, or anything like that.

    Just take some time to sit down, eat your food slowly and enjoy it.

  • Don’t drink fluids with meals – I know water is necessary for detoxification but you need to drink between meals. Because if you’re drinking water or any type of drinks with your meals, what you’re doing is diluting your system’s digestive juice that are necessary for breaking down and digesting food.

    The only time I recommend you drink any type of fluid with your meal is if you’re eating something very dry.
    But then again, only drink enough fluid to help you swallow it.

  • Chew food thoroughly – If you don’t chew your food thoroughly, chucks of undigested food will enter your colon putrefying, feeding Candida and other parasites.

    So chew the foods you eat thoroughly and break it down to the smallest particles possible before swallowing.

  • Allow food time to digest before exercising – I recommend you wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before starting any type of exercise.

    This is simply because when you exercise your body directs blood away from your digestive organs and transfer it to your muscles. This will slow down or even stop digestion altogether. So just relax after you eat.

  • Don’t eat big meals for breakfast or dinner – Your system goes through a cleansing, absorption, and assimilation cycle every day.

    The cleansing cycle occurs at night till morning. This is when your system is cleaning out all the toxins that it accumulated from the day before.

    The absorption cycle starts from morning to afternoon. This is when your system absorbs the nutrients from the foods you eat.

    And finally the assimilating cycle. It starts in the afternoon and goes on until evening. This is when your system assimilates the nutrients that your system absorbed. And take them to the cells and organs that they need to be.

    Therefore, if you eat big meals in the morning time your body will stop cleansing and start digesting the food you just ate.
    The same happens in the evening. Your system will stop assimilating nutrients to your cells and organs and start digesting.

    Therefore, the only time you should or could eat big meals is in the afternoon. When your body is absorbing nutrients from the food you eat.

    What happens if you do eat big meals for breakfast and dinner?

    Your body will become complete the chronically toxic, because your system did not have the time or energy to fully cleansing cycle.

    Which of course will result in more acne breakouts.
